Cub Scouting is a family-based organization that teaches – Values, Community Service, Confidence, Leadership Skills, Cooperation, Resourcefulness, Courage, Respect, Honesty, Character, Personal Fitness, Self-Esteem and Life Skills!
How Much Time Does Scouting Involve?
Cub Scouting is designed to fit your family's busy schedule including most kids sports. Typically groups meet once a week for about an hour. Family-friendly outings and activities are held throughout the year.

• Texas State Capital Tour
• Raingutter Regatta
• Cubopolis Race
• Pinewood Derby
• Destroyer/Submarine Overnight

• Nasa Houston Overnight Trip
• Local Parades
• S.T.E.M. Projects (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Technology)
• Egg Drop Competition
• Volunteering in the Local Community including:
o Veterans Day Cemetery Flags
o Food Drives/Christmas Toy Drive
o Sea Rim Beach Clean Up
o Box Fans for the Elderly
