The mission of Scouting America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Cub Scouts is grades K-5th. Youth can join at any grade level, as each program year is designed for that specific grade.
How Much Time Does Scouting Involve?
Cub Scouting is designed to fit your family's busy schedule including most kids sports. Typically grade level groups (Dens) meet once a week for about an hour. The Pack (K-5TH) meets once a month. Family-friendly outings and activities are held throughout the year.
